Wink, you appeared on Game Show Week I on the Tom Bergeron version. I watched your appearance on Game Show Week I and I loved it all, you are one of my favourite game show hosts. Tom Bergeron hosted the show between 1998-2004, Peter Marshall hosted one episode on Game Show Week I on 12/12/02. Wink, How many episodes of the Tom Bergeron version were made? Because I have no clue how many episodes were made.

When I was a kid and LOVED this show! It aired in the morning on Channel 5 WNYW in NYC.

Johnny Jacobs was the best! He saw me looking at my watch during a break at Treasure Hunt and said, "Are we keeping you from an important appointment?"

Loved this show so much in the summers of 88 and 89 when I’d be home most mornings. I do like those later days a bit more with Charlie Tuna announcing and the different sprint and bonus formats.

I missed this initially. Thank you for posting it.

I remember one episode where B was the stinger letter. When one of the contestants picked it, after the stinger sound, Wink commented: “Too bad! Stung by a B.” The audience response was a combination of laughs and groans for the poor pun.

The price is right sirens, emergency vehicle sirens, and a honking horn should've gone off for million dollars win

I would also say that Wink Martindale would have also been a great choice for Joker's Wild....If only he turned down the job of hosting his own creation produced by Merv Griffin, Headline Chasers! Also, he could've hosted BOTH Joker's Wild and Tic Tac Dough during the same season(s)!

Lived in SoCal for four years and saw Sam on TV a lot when I'd watch KTLA. He always struck me as a solid entertainment reporter who cared about the actual industry and less about the frills and gossip and fluff that so many reporters focus on when it comes to entertainment. RIP.

I really appreciate being able to watch this. If possible, I would love to watch the full episode of Dave's World with Wink Martindale. I loved that show, sadly (as of now) season 4 was never released on DVD or streaming.
